FEBRUARY 1, 2007

**Regular meeting called to order at 7:15 P.M. by treasurer Joe Battaglia with 7 members present.

** Minutes of the January 4th, 2007 meeting were read by the secretary and approved by the members present.

** Treasurers Report:  Treasurer Joe Battaglia presented his report to the members present, which indicated a healthy balance on hand going into the 2007 tournament season.

** Membership report: Current membership total as of the end of the February 2007 meeting is 21 , with no resignations or expulsions.

** Youth Committee Report: Chairman Chuck Angelo reported that letters to potential sponsors have been mailed – Civil Air Patrol has been asked for assistance at the “Kids Fishing Contest” -  and the Celeron Park & Cabin have been reserved for the June 2nd event.

** Conservation Report:  NYS – DEC Fish and Game Commission representatives have accepted our invitation to attend our April 5th, 2007 regular meeting.  Please try to attend this informative session.

** Tournament Committee: Tournament director Randy Crist passed out the 2007 tournament packets to the members present.  These packets include the procedures – rules – entry forms & Schedule.  Members not in attendance, will be mailed their packet.

** Sick Call: Our sincere “Get Well Soon” wishes go out to Member Jeff Swanson who recently had extensive back surgery.
