** Membership report: Current membership total as of the April 5, 2007 meeting is 23 , with one new member, no resignations and no expulsions.

** Youth Committee Report:  Current funds available are sufficient for this year’s activity, but we do need to raise more in the future.

** Conservation Report:  NYS – DEC Fish and Game Commission representatives were

present and discussed a variety of issues and concerns to the club members.  The

Chautauqua Lake bass population seems to be in good health with a good growth rate

Of “smallies” with some large ones netted during their shockings.  The Cassadaga Lake

Slot limit does seem to be working well with some large bass maturing.  The DEC also

Explained the regulations for transporting baits.

** Tournament Committee: Our first tournament is scheduled at Lake Erie, Dunkirk

Launch on May 5th.  Hope everyone can make it.

** New Business: Members present voted and approved the purchase of a bicycle to donate to the Chautauqua Lake Fishing Association.

**New Member: Our hearty welcome goes out to our newest member, Garth E. Magnuson (sorry if I got the spelling wrong).
