***The April regular meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM with 7 members present.                                        

***Minutes of the March meeting were read by the Vice President and approved by the members present.

***The treasurer’s report was read by the treasurer and approved by the members present.  There were no bills presented for payment at the meeting.

*** Membership report:  Current  membership total, at the beginning of the meeting, stands at 14.

***Communications:  A discussion was held regarding the upcoming Crappie Tournament.  Randy Crist and Larry Saracki volunteered to talk on Radio Sunday’s “Grizzly Gary Show”  live, about the tournament.

***Tournament Committee:  The Crappie tournament being held May 17^th   (Sunday) will  be advertised in the Penny Saver along with the radio spot and posters announcing the details.  Anyone needing a partner for the Crappie tournament should call Jeff Smith  @ 716-379-8636 or cell 716-541-8532.

     Guy / Gal tournament date has been set for July 19^th .

***New Business:  Trophies for the current year will be ordered through “Gary’s Trophies”.  If you currently have trophies that you would like to recycle through the club, please bring them to any of the club functions.       

***Applications for Membership:  Six new applications for membership were received and accepted.  A hearty welcome to Jeff Smith, Tom Hall, Randy Dustin, Roger Stearns, Phillip Scimer and Joe Scimer.
